Dear Next Generation Trust Services Client:

Effective Saturday, November 1, 2014, Next Generation TS, LLC (Next Generation Trust Services), will be using Kingdom Trust Company as successor custodian to ConnectOneBank.

This letter serves as Next Generation Trust Services’ required 30-day notice to you of the impending custodial change, which will become effective November 1, 2014.  Kingdom Trust Company is located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  We look forward to a smooth and seamless transition of the custodial relationship to Kingdom Trust.  No action is required on your part at this time.
