Jaime Raskulinecz, founder and CEO of Next Generation Trust Services, is adding a new title to her resume: board member of Green Hill, a senior living community in West Orange, N.J. Raskulinecz, who lives in West Orange, is the first township resident to serve on Green Hill’s board of trustees in many years.
“I have known Toni Davis, Green Hill’s executive director, for many years and I am very familiar with the high quality of services the community provides for seniors,” said Raskulinecz. “I mentioned in a recent conversation that I was looking for new opportunities to expand my horizons; Toni told me that as luck would have it, a board member had just moved out of state.” Raskulinecz immediately asked to be considered for the vacant board position.
Raskulinecz founded her firm in 2004 after several other successful careers, including health care. Next Generation Trust Services is a full-service administrator of self-directed retirement plans. Her company expedites self-directed transactions and manages all the paperwork and filing for these plans, in which account holders make all their own investment decisions.
“We had been looking for a qualified West Orange resident for some time, so it was quite fortuitous when Jaime said she was interested in serving on our board when the opportunity became available,” said Davis. We look forward to Jaime extending her time and talents to our community and to help us continue to improve our services to our Green Hill residents,” she added. Davis explained that Raskulinecz’s professional background, her West Orange residency, and her ability to mesh with current board members were all qualifying factors.
Green Hill (https://www.green-hill.com) is a not-for-profit community that offers a full continuum of care from independent and assisted living to skilled nursing, rehabilitative care and respite care. The distinctive retirement community was the first in New Jersey to build Green House® homes, an innovative approach to skilled nursing that offers private living quarters in a resident-centered, group home setting.
“My company is well staffed and I have more flexibility now with my spare time,” said Raskulinecz. “It’s nice to get to that stage in my business ownership and to have the ability to volunteer in the community. I am so glad that I called Toni when I did.”
